DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We do not take custom or personalized orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Return items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return items that arrive damaged with clear signs of wear and tear is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer one-time exchanges on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Exchange items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility but re-shipment of your exchange item back to you is on us. Please allow 1-2 business days for our to process and ship your exchange item.

Will I be charged duties, taxes, and any other fees?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world! Additional shipping fees do apply and will be applied at checkout.
Most packages will pass through customs without any additional charges. However, duties and taxes vary by country. If you are placing an order from outside the US, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's duties and taxes. Any fees charged on international packages will be your responsibility.
